[AACSB] FJCU Has Extended AACSB International Accreditation in Business

On January 30 of 2020, AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) International announced that 48 business schools have extended their accreditation in business, and College of Management at Fu Jen Catholic University is one of them. Founded in 1916, AACSB International Accreditation is the hallmark of excellence and highest standard in business education; and has been earned by only 5 percent of the world’s business programs. Today, there are 862 business schools in 56 countries and territories that have earned AACSB International Accreditation.

“AACSB congratulates each institution on their achievement,” said Stephanie M. Bryant, executive vice president and chief accreditation officer of AACSB. “Every AACSB-accredited school has demonstrated a focus on excellence in all areas, including teaching, research, curricula development, and student learning. The intense peer-review process exemplifies their commitment to quality business education.”

FJCM’s third Continuous Improvement Review was undertaken in end of October 2019. Cited from the AACSB peer review team report, ‘The team believes that the School is a high quality institution that fulfills both the spirit and the requirements of AACSB accreditation standards. This was the first institution in Taiwan and China to be AACSB accredited in 2005, and continues to be a strong institution placed among the best universities in Taiwan.’
