The College of Management Job Fair is bustling with excitement. 20 high-quality companies set up booths for recruitment.
With the graduation season approaching, the College of Management's "Talent for Joyful Management - Collegement of Management Recruitment" briefing and job fair were grandly held in the lobby of the first floor of the Guoxi Building on April 24th, 2024. The event invited over 20 different high-quality companies from various fields including finance, technology, information, livelihood, catering, and manufacturing, providing over a hundred job vacancies and internships.
The fair started with a lively performance on the saxophone by Professor Kao I-Fang, Senior Brother Liao Ben-Li, and Senior Brother Zhang Rong-Jie. Professor Du Yi-Ning of the Counseling and Promotion Committee served as the host, thanking each department head for their support, providing recruiting companies, and inviting the heads of the five departments, the Dean, the Associate Deans, and others to conduct a career puzzle launch ceremony, declaring the opening of the event. Dean Bruce LEE stated that the College of Management values student employment, providing students with an interactive platform between them and companies through the job fair. Apart from helping students understand the job market early, it also offers career choices for employment and internships. For the first time, companies like Huanda Technology, Shuo-Yi Technology, Xi Digital Summit, Cloud Valley Digital Technology, Ruiyang Information, KPMG, Anhou Accounting Firm, Ernst & Young United Accounting Firm, Diamond, Mitad Digital, Unified Supermarket, Sinyi Real Estate, Jiaxin Cement, Global Shopping Center, Black Bridge Brand, Qiandu Catering Chain Enterprise, Mega Securities, KGI Securities, Yuanta Bank, and E.SUN Bank were invited to participate.
Dean Li expressed special thanks to the hardworking Counseling Promotion Committee led by Professor Du Yi-Ning and the team, as well as the department's support. The event was bustling with extraordinary energy. In addition to the job fair on that day, a recruitment briefing was also held. Nearly 700 people signed up to attend the briefing, with close to a thousand students coming to learn. Not only did graduating students come to apply for vacancies, but also first and second-year students came to understand future internship opportunities at the company. It is believed that through face-to-face contact with companies, students can better understand the operational modes and needs of companies, providing many reference suggestions and opportunities for career development.
